Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. We ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate other guests.

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full cancellation at no charge. If a deposit was paid, it will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
  • Within 24 hours of appointment: 50% of the treatment price will be charged as a late cancellation fee.
  • No-show (no notice given): The full treatment price will be charged.

2. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if you notify us at least 12 hours before your booking. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours are subject to the late cancellation fee above, unless the rescheduled appointment is within the same week and availability permits.

3. Cancellation by the Spa

In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment due to therapist unavailability, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive:

  • Full refund of any deposit or prepayment, within 5–7 working days
  • Priority rescheduling at a time of your convenience
  • Our sincere apology and, at our discretion, a complimentary add-on at your next visit

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. UPI and bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank. We will confirm the refund by WhatsApp or email once processed.

Cash payments refunded on-site at the time of cancellation (if within our business hours).

5. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. They may be used toward any treatment of equal or lesser value, or used as partial payment toward a higher-value treatment, within their validity period of six months from date of issue.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please speak with our manager before you leave. We will make every effort to resolve your concern immediately — through a complimentary service, a partial credit, or where appropriate, a refund. Refund requests raised after leaving the premises will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, all bookings affected will be held as credits valid for twelve months. Refunds in such cases are at the Spa's discretion.
