Terms & Conditions

By booking a treatment or visiting Tris Wellness Spa ("the Spa"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before your visit.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, telephone, or email and are confirmed only upon acknowledgement from our team
  • A valid phone number is required for all bookings
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion
  • Reservations are personal and non-transferable without prior consent

2. Arrival & Punctuality

Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any pre-treatment consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration with no reduction in the quoted price, to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.

3. Health & Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities at the time of booking. Certain treatments may not be suitable for all guests. The Spa reserves the right to modify or decline a treatment if, in the therapist's professional judgement, it may cause harm.

By proceeding with a treatment, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information and that you are fit to receive the service booked.

4. Conduct

  • The Spa is a space of quiet and calm. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful atmosphere for all visitors and staff
  • Mobile phones should be silenced upon entry
  • Photography or recording within treatment rooms is strictly prohibited
  • The Spa operates a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate behaviour toward any member of staff. A guest may be asked to leave without refund in such cases

5. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST (GST No. 32ABCDE1234F1Z9). Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable at the time of booking confirmation will be honoured.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. We do not accept cheques.

7. Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are valid for six months from the date of issue
  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced
  • They are transferable as gifts but may not be resold

8. Personal Belongings

The Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Guests are advised not to bring valuables.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tris Wellness Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your visit or use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala.
